We had no central location for health and safety information that was accessible by everyone in the organisation. There were multiple databases in use but we had no ability to combine the data and producing reports was time consuming and inaccurate.

Having looked at several systems and packages, SHE® Software offered the ability to change and adapt to our needs without additional cost. The level of customer service and support was excellent and the system was priced very competitively compared to other suppliers.
How has the problem identified been solved and can this be substantiated?
Implementation of SHE® health and safety software has allowed greater access to safety related information in one single source. Our reports are much easier and quicker to produce, the whole process has been enhanced and simplified by the software. We have had to compromise in some areas, but the benefits of integration within the system in relation to audits, action tracking, and reporting outweighs these.
We have seen a significant time saving within the health and safety section when collating and producing management reports. The reports are showing better performance figures, thanks to our ability to spot trends and allocate resources quickly.
The safety team now has greater control over outstanding safety issues (actions), which we can allocate and track through to completion very easily.
