With only a web browser required our user friendly interface and web portal enables your entire workforce to easily report and access vital health and safety information.

SHE Enterprise offers you a broad range of modules covering not just the key health and safety areas such as risk assessment, CoSHH, audit checklists, and accident recording, but encompasses many more additional areas such as action/exception management, policies, guidance/method statements, equipment asset registers, personnel, training needs analysis, hazard spotting, environment and CDM. In total there are an excess of 40 separate modules.

 

Comprehensive action manager

The comprehensive action management tool provides ‘at a glance’ views of outstanding issues and spotlights any potential problem areas. Action and exception management is integral to all modules allowing not only managers an overview of all actions/exceptions, but also individual users to view details specific to them. Notification of exemptions is not just limited to the user’s web browser, SHE Enterprise can provide notification and reminders of exemptions to through email and mobile SMS alerts.

 

Access anywhere

The broad range of modules allows a central, integrated tool for today's busy Health & Safety manager to implement best practice policies and procedures. You can create, view, edit and print records from virtually anywhere, provided you have a browser and a connection to the Internet. Management reports, standard forms & graphs can be produced and emailed to key management personnel directly from web pages.

The portal option ensures that any employee within your organisation can use the above components without requiring any in-depth knowledge of the system. On completion of an incident form, a DSE assessment or a hazard spotting record, an automatic email notification or SMS text message is sent from the system to the appropriate named individuals for immediate action.
