Foundation Module

The SHE Enterprise Foundation Module operates across all SHE Enterprise modules and allows authorised users to create their own audit question sets and checklists. This enables users to design appropriate systems and forms to their own circumstances.  

 

The automated Action Manager allows actions to be assigned to users via the system with notification sent via email and SMS text message.

Risk Assessment Module

We know risk management is an essential part of your job, the SHE Enterprise risk module allows this process to become standardised, increasing the accuracy and pro-active nature of the process.

The risk module includes the latest EH40 update from the HSE. A series of templates allows you to edit risk assessments to meet your own needs - e.g. DSE, Fire and Noise, and create your own specific risk assessment templates e.g. Young Persons, Expectant Mothers.

Incident Recording & Management

The Incident module allows you, and your employees, to accurately and quickly record incidents and accidents via a web browser, anywhere across your business, with automatic notifications emailed to named individuals. SMS text messages can also be sent directly to your mobile.

Personnel Module

The Personnel module maintains record on employees allowing immediate and automatic linking of personnel records to any other SHE module, such as Incident or Equipment records. Individual training records can be recorded and training needs identified.

Pre-course invitations can be emailed to attendees, and information such as driving licence details can be stored, to aid with compliance for insurance purposes.

Environment Module
