Foundation

The SHE Professional foundation module allows you to create your own audit question sets and templates to suit your own business requirements.

These audit sets can then be applied globally across ALL other modules within the SHE Professional health and safety software suite. The module contains customisable audit templates.

Risk

The SHE Professional risk assessment module has the current EH40 picklist included. You can assign risk factors and calculations. The risk module includes a selection of PPE and Hazardous Substance labels.

The incident module allows the recording and management of incidents and accidents, identifying trends using sophisticated integrated filtering and reporting tools.

It also includes the UK government standard RIDDOR report and allows data to be copied from the Personnel module to reduce double data entry when linking individuals to Incidents.

Personnel

The personnel module is designed to record  individual personnel details, alerting management to scheduled training and similar requirements as well as noting employee's history.

The training course records allow users to ensure that individuals have relevant and up-to-date skill sets for their job roles.

Environment

The environment module allows you to record Air/Land/Water samples. It also includes a waste handlers, transfer and materials registers.

• Air/Water/Land Emission Audit

 

Equipment

We know that management and monitoring of equipment is a vital part of maintaining a safe working environment. All equipment details can be stored in the equipment module database with the related maintenance and, where applicable, PAT testing records.  The module also allows management of equipment issue and return, to both employees and contractors.

Health Care (NHS IR1)

The SHE Professional health care module is designed specifically for use within the NHS for the recording of IR1 incidents.
